Scotch® Rubber Mastic Tape 2228 is a conformable self-fusing rubber electrical insulating and sealing tape with an EPR backing coated with mastic adhesive. This 2228 tape is suitable for low, medium and high voltage use.
This Scotch® Rubber Mastic Tape 2228 consists of Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) backing coated with a strong, temperature-stable mastic adhesive. Use this tape to insulate, pad, and seal bus bar and splice connections.
